  1. Hi Zack
You look like you had fun at the beach. You are like me and live by the beach, so we could still go to the beach, even in lockdown which has made us very lucky! Do you go to the beach a lot?

  2. We are so lucky that the weather has been so good Zack, and you are so lucky that you live near the beach. I have not been to the beach in ages but I do have lots of lovely bush around where I live. What is your favorite thing to do at the beach? I can also see you are on a motorbike, do you sometimes get to ride it?

    have a great weekend

  3. Kia ora Zack,
Wow, it looks like you had a fantastic time at the beach! The beach is one of my favourite places to go, especially when I just need some fresh air to go for a walk. I really enjoy bringing my ukulele to the beach as well, and could sit there playing for hours while the waves crash in front of me and the salty smell lingers in the air.
How long did you and your family stay at the beach for?
You mentioned how you made a sandcastle; what did you use to make the mounds?
Apart from making the sandcastle, were there any other activities you did while you were at the beach?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
I think it is so cool how you included so many photos of your adventure to the beach. I especially like the image of you holding the piece of driftwood. It is so long, and looks like it could be 3x the height of you!
Have you ever made any sculptures out of driftwood? If so, what were they and when?
I really enjoy when it is time for the Driftwood Competition here in Hokitika! I adore walking around the beach and seeing all of the amazing sculptures, and am always so impressed with how the artists manage to create such incredible pieces of art from the debris lying on the beach.
You have done an excellent job on this blogpost!
